The IC-7100 HF/VHF/UHF Amateur Radio Mobile Transceiver (http://www.icomuk.co.uk/News_Article/3508/17675/) and ID-51A/E D-STAR handheld ( http://www.icomuk.co.uk/News_Article/3508/17674/) were recently shown at the Tokyo Hamfest to great public interest. We at Icom UK have been allowed to show them at the Newark Hamfest. Knowing that not everyone can get to the show, we decided to give a very simple overview of these two new exciting models.
